Having felt like an eternity since a disappointing final game of last season away at Philadelphia Union where City’s play-off qualification hopes were pretty much extinguished before a ball was kicked, that’s all forgotten now. Continue reading
With Antonio Nocerino now in the bag, we couldn’t help but spot the fact that Orlando City SC have been linked with another experienced midfielder from Europe of late.
We want to make it clear that the link looks incredibly premature at the moment but according to English source the Daily Star *not the most reliable for our U.S. readers!*, the Lions are one of three clubs chasing after Manchester City’s Yaya Touré. Continue reading
After months of speculation where this transfer rumour took the scenic route and then back again, Antonio Nocerino is now officially Orlando City SC’s latest signing.

Despite beating New York Red Bulls 3-2 yesterday, Orlando City SC head coach Adrian Heath was far from pleased with his teams’ performance in the friendly win at ChampionsGate Sports Complex.
While the Lions managed to grab a victory right off the back of a 2-1 pre-season defeat upstate at Florida rivals Jacksonville Armada last Saturday, it was the manner of City’s win that didn’t sit well with Heath, as reported by the Orlando Sentinel. Continue reading
