We might have to resign ourselves to the fact that Ganso might never become an Orlando City SC player after coming so close but we can all dream, right?
The big spending Hebei China Fortune look like they could derail the Lions’ interest for good in the coming weeks but Ganso really does look like the ideal partner in crime for Kaká.
A hugely versatile customer, Ganso’s best position is open to discussion but he can do a job on the right wing, cutting in on his favoured left foot.
At the same time he is equally adept in the number 10 role and when you consider some Lions fans prefer Kaká cutting in from the sides, to have both in the starting XI would mean that Adrian Heath could even rotate in-game to confuse the opposition.
Hmm. Does seem like a distant dream right now however!
