So yesterday, Orlando City SC officially announced their updated first team roster following the end of the 2017 Major League Soccer campaign.

Serving as explicit evidence as to who is staying, potentially remaining and leaving ahead of 2018, there were a few surprise names in the ‘option not exercised’ column.

While the drama has surrounded Giles Barnes and Servando Carrasco being on the ‘option not exercised’ list, it’s worth noting that Orlando City SC may renegotiate new contracts for players on this list should they see fit.

As for Antonio Nocerino however, the Italian midfielder looks like he’s leaving for good after saying his goodbyes on Instagram yesterday.
