Facing San Jose Earthquakes in our next home fixture on Saturday April 21st, Orlando City SC will be wearing a special black jersey to honour Earth Day 2018.
With Orlando City SC one of four teams who took part in this directive last year, all 23 Major League Soccer teams will wear black or white Adidas jerseys made from Parley Ocean Plastic™ over the weekend, April 20-22.
Taking place in partnership with MLS’s Greener Goals initiative, this special black jersey is a temporary diversion from our unmistakable purple and gold home colours.
When San Jose Earthquakes visit Orlando City Stadium on Saturday April 21st, Mikael Stahre’s side will wear a white Adidas jersey made from Parley Ocean Plastic™.

No confusing kit clashes!
So at least there won’t be any confusing kit clashes in 2018!
Last year, the 2017 Adidas Parley jerseys were either grey or white with both colours not so distinctive from one another when New York City FC (grey) faced Orlando City SC (white) and LA Galaxy (white) faced Seattle Sounders (grey).

Buying the 2018 Orlando City SC Adidas Parley jersey
If you want to get your hands on this sought-after kit, the bad news is that they are in extremely limited supply.
MLSStore.com stocked MLS Adidas Parley jerseys on Tuesday 10th April but the vast majority sold out within the first hour of the products going on sale.
Keep your eyes peeled on social media for any news of restock.
Wish I could have a jersey like that : )
