To commemorate Earth Day on April 22, the Orlando City SC players will be warming up in a special Adidas One Planet pre-match top – made with 100% recycled Parley Ocean Plastic™.
Unlike previous MLS seasons, these awareness raising kits will only be worn as a pre-match top for warm-ups and not in competition like they were in 2017, 2018, 2019, 2021, 2022, 2023, and 2024.
Major League Soccer and adidas have teamed up to unveil the 2025 One Planet Kit, which will be worn league-wide as a pre-match top in celebration of Earth Day.
This initiative highlights MLS’s ongoing commitment to reducing its environmental impact.
Released as part of the Greener Goals Week of Service, the jersey is crafted from a special yarn made entirely from Parley Ocean Plastic™.
This is reimagined plastic waste intercepted from remote islands, beaches, coastal communities, and shorelines before it can pollute our oceans.

This limited edition pre-match top will likely be seen in Orlando City SC‘s warm-up at CF Montréal this weekend (April 19).
The top celebrates taking a step towards carbon neutrality while raising awareness of climate transformation and the need to change human behaviour.
Frontprints symbolise the vital connection to embracing a more conscious way of life.
The rings of ancient trees woven into the design convey the passage of time and illustrate the profound impact of climate change through the years.
