As is customary in Major League Soccer, the league requests that clubs release protected player lists at the end of each campaign and Orlando City SC did just that today.

With FC Cincinnati joining Major League Soccer in 2019, the Orange and Blue will soon be selecting unprotected players under MLS contracts in the forthcoming 2018 MLS Expansion Draft on December 11.

Orlando City SC exit: The curious case of Justin Meram
