Who is Orlando City SC transfer target Franco Cervi?

Yesterday, respected Portuguese soccer journalist Bruno Andrade tweeted that Benfica’s Franco Cervi is finalising a switch to MLS with Orlando City SC leading the race for the Argentina international winger.
