Orlando City SC tie down 21-year-old to two-year extension

With the Antonio Nocerino deal nearing completion, Orlando City SC have also moved to retain a current star in the form of Rafael Ramos who signed a new two-year extension today.

The 21-year-old Portuguese has built a reputation for himself as one of the most attack-minded full backs in all of Major League Soccer.

Having been on the fringes of Orlando City SC’s squad at best last season, the Lions have now taken the decision to waive 20-year-old defensive midfielder Estrela.

Failing to make a single appearance for Adrian Heath’s side in Major League Soccer last season, the Portuguese with the flamboyant hairstyle only achieved game time in two friendly encounters against both West Bromwich Albion and Louisville City. Continue reading
