The number of Orlando City SC off-season departures now stands at six after Canadian international defender Kamal Miller joined Montreal Impact yesterday.

Selected by Austin FC as their fifth and final selection in yesterday’s 2020 MLS Expansion Draft, 23-year-old Miller was immediately acquired by Impact. This was in return for $225,000 in 2021 General Allocation Money, a 2021 MLS SuperDraft first round pick, and $50,000 in conditional 2021 General Allocation Money. Continue reading →

When new clubs join Major League Soccer, the league requests that existing clubs release protected player lists at the end of each campaign and Orlando City SC did just that yesterday.

With the 2020 MLS Expansion Draft taking place later today (December 15th), new boys Austin FC start construction of their inaugural 2021 roster but the Texas franchise will not be able to sign these 18 Lions stars. Continue reading →
